That’s why we provide a round-the-clock customer service line and have a nationwide team of 12 dedicated Chiron field engineers, any one of whom will respond to a machine call-out within four hours - even during the night! But solving problems in the field is just one aspect of the Chiron Customer Care Programme. Established on the premise of providing a full range of after-sales care for worry-free machine installation and implementation, the Chiron Customer Care team goes into action once the machine has been ordered. Beginning with start-up meetings and extending through to project reviews and operator training, Chiron’s philosophy is to provide customers with complete peace of mind over their new purchases. For example, at the start-up meetings, all elements of the project are defined and responsibilities are allocated - including any involvement by third party suppliers of tooling and fixturing. Regular project review meetings then track progress against schedule. |
